Free
for ever, not a trial
Not a reduced version of a paid plan, and it does not expire. A collaboration tool whose free tier fits one person cannot demonstrate the only thing it does.
$5
per month, or $48 a year
For one person and the people they write with.
$6
per seat per month, or $60 a seat per year
Buy the seats you need; the storage follows them.
$18
per seat per month, or $180 a seat per year
Past 25 seats, talk to us — or run the server yourself.
Inside Obsidian. Install the plugin, sign in, and choose a plan in settings. There is no web signup, and that is deliberate: the keys that encrypt your vault are derived on your own device from a passphrase that never reaches us, so an account cannot be created for you from a web page. The last step is always yours.
The organisation moves to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, nobody is removed, every attachment you uploaded can still be downloaded, and text keeps syncing — it always does, on every plan. What stops is new attachment uploads and the larger seat allowance.
Cancel within 14 days and you get back the part of the term you have not used. After that a subscription runs to the end of the term you paid for and then stops. Cancelling is a button in the plugin, not a request.
Ciphertext, and who has an account. Not a note, not a title, not a folder name, not an attachment. The security model states exactly what we hold, and the plugin ships as readable JavaScript so the claim can be checked rather than believed.
No — the price is what you pay. Creem is the merchant of record and handles any VAT, sales tax or GST due where you are.
